Nnenna Ukachuku - Senior Finance Professional
I’m a Senior Finance Professional in Accounts Payable with extensive experience working with Finance Institutions.
I am transitioning into the creative industry working in production finance for High-End TV and film.
I am also open to corporate work.
I’ve spent my career building technical accounting skills and subject matter expertise in Accounts Payable, and all things reconciliations, transactions and expenses for various organisations both large, small and medium.
I have practical experience in : Financial Analysis/ Planning/ Reporting/Control. Regarding strategies for Business Process improvement, Financial Automation, Project Management, I have created processes that provide measurable results. I’m ready to think differently and apply a growth mindset to tackle problems and deliver real tangible outcomes.
Outside of work, I love music, TV and film. I look forward to further adventures within the creative sector so that I can provide my financial expertise to High-End TV & Film, music and creative led organisations. In my spare time I also do voiceover work.
CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
♦ Pioneered the modernization of payments for my employer by creating a persuasive business case and convincing leadership to adopt a time-saving move from manual cheques to BACS.
♦ Implemented automated banking processes that drove substantial efficiency gains – over 70%.
♦ Oversaw the transition of Accounts Payable function from Sage to MS Dynamics AX accounting system, achieving a significant improvement in efficiency through task automation and process improvement.
♦ Led the transition of the US Accounts Payable finance function to the UK.
